• The items are not stolen, encumbered, or subject to any legal dispute.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for another party.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We provide prepaid shipping labels for convenience, but you bear all risk of loss until the package is received and signed for by an authorized Quick Cash For Gold, LLC representative.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, or damaged packages in transit.
• Improperly packed items.
• Items sent without tracking.

We recommend insuring all packages and retaining proof of shipment.

6. Valuation and Offers

All valuations are made at our sole discretion based on current market conditions and item quality. We may reject any item or make an offer lower than your expectation. Once we issue a payment, the transaction is considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

We offer payment by check, ACH, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods. Payments are typically issued within 24–72 hours of offer acceptance.

If you cash, deposit, or otherwise accept the payment, you waive any right to dispute the transaction.

8. Returns

If you reject our offer, we will return your items at no cost, provided you respond within 7 calendar days. If you do not respond, we may issue payment and consider the transaction accepted. We are not liable for loss or damage to returned items once shipped.
