Meet Our Appraisers
Based in Boca Raton, FL, our team combines formal gemological training with real-world experience to deliver objective, clearly explained appraisals you can trust.
Michael Hart, GG (GIA)
Master Appraiser
Michael Hart, GG (GIA), leads our Boca Raton appraisal practice with more than a decade of hands-on experience in gemstone identification, jewelry evaluation, and precious metals testing. He began at the bench, learning stone setting and repair, then completed the Graduate Gemologist program at GIA before moving into retail and private appraisal work. Michael applies USPAP-compliant methods and corroborates results across multiple instruments—refractometer, spectroscope, and XRF where appropriate—documenting each finding in clear, plain-English reports. Serving an affluent South Florida community has exposed him to a wide range of estate pieces, modern designer jewelry, and luxury watches, sharpening his eye for condition, authenticity, and value drivers. He mentors our team in diamond grading, estate jewelry evaluation, and watch authentication with a consistent focus on transparency, chain-of-custody, and customer trust.
Conrad
Apprentice Appraiser
Conrad is completing GIA coursework and apprenticing under Michael Hart, focusing on diamond plotting, basic metal assays, and precise weighing/measurement. He assists with intake documentation and quality checks, learning how cut, clarity, and metal composition influence value. His approach is methodical, customer-first, and aligned with our USPAP-compliant procedures.
